"In Focus" is an online photo retouching company. I don't like their logo as I feel that it is not contemporary and I believe it looks like the title font of a horror movie with its distressed texture and blood red colour. The blurring of the "o" is the similar to that of a well known logo of "Focus Features" (a film distribution company). Therefore it is also not original and I believe this give a bad first impression of the company.
Their website on the other hand; gives very strong examples of their high level of skill and I believe it is very impressive although I dislike the darkness of the black background.
Happy Finish is a retouching company that also specialises in CGI. I like their logo because it is very memorable, simple and original. I also like the name of the company because it applies an emotion to the the results you will expect to receive. Their website looks very professional and contemporary and I like the cleanness of the subtle white to grey gradients.
